Beaches is a small family-run guest house featuring a large private garden with gated access to Ayr’s sandy beach. Itsjust 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife.

With an LCD TV, free WiFi access and garden views,Beaches rooms also have a private bathroom.

Locally sourced produce from Ayrshire farms is used in the full Scottish breakfasts. Free-range eggs, haggis, square sausage and tattie scones are just some of those on offer. Continental options are also available.

Secure on-site parking is provided for motorcycles. Troon Golf Course is only a 10-minute drive from Beaches. Ayr railway station is just 1 mile away and has services to Glasgow Central station every 30 minutes, while Robert Burns birthplace museum is a 5-minute drive away.

Triple Room. With a patio door leading out to the mature garden and patio seating area, this spacious room also has a 42-inch flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. Tea and coffee making facilities and homemade shortbread are provided and there is also a ceramic-tiled bathroom with a bath and shower. This room also features wi-fi connection. ;
Twin Room with Kitchen. This en suite room boasts its own self-contained kitchen and a private garden entrance. It also features a 32-inch flat-screen TV and a designer en suite shower room. The room includes twin beds, along with a sofa. Wifi is available in the room. ;
Superior Double Room with Sea View. This double room features a panoramic view of the sea and island of Arran. There is a seating area, 42-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix, homemade shortbread, fridge, teacoffee making facilities and free WiFi. The bathroom has a walk in shower. ;
