This historic coaching inn dates back to before the English Civil War. Just 3 miles from Banbury, there is a traditional bar, a restaurant and rooms with free Wi-Fi overlooking the village green.
The Red Lion still retains many original features, including old oak beams and stone fireplaces. Rooms each have a TV, a stereo, teacoffee facilities and a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
The restaurant was once a bake house and brewery, and now serves fine English and continental cuisine. Traditional ales and fine wines are served from the cool cellars and stone vaults.
