1) Please note there are stairs within the apartment. These may not be suitable for accessibility reasons or if you have young children. 2) Please note about our parking and access. Space for one car only. Our driveway is small and only suitable for an average family size car. The rear access road to our driveway is narrow in places and turning around is limited with the need to reverse out when busy. 3) We have listed The Loft as suitable for infants and children, but please note we do not supply any baby equipment such as a travel cot, high chair etc. You are welcome to bring your own. Please also be aware of the apartment layout and the open plan stairs before booking with young children. 4) Please note when using the sofa bed in the living area, that our living area is open plan to the hallway and stairs and has no door to close off to make a private sleeping area. Blackout blinds are fitted in the living area. 5) The Loft is one of three apartments within the property. We have never encountered any major problems with noise before but please note The Loft is a second floor apartment with two apartments occupied below. With apartment style living a small amount of noise may be expected. 6) We kindly ask guests travelling with an electric or hybrid vehicle to agree that they shall not use a normal domestic power socket to charge their vehicle as this may cause safety risks.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
