Presidential Apartments Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. On arrival we take security deposit as preauthorisation on the creditdebit card. The amount is £25 a night, maximum of £100 per room. This block is being released on departure if no damage is caused. The length of release depends on your bank.
