The Plume of Feathers - Mitchell

Set in the picturesque Cornish village of Mitchell, The Plume of Feathers is a historic 16th Century dining pub with rooms. As well as a bar and restaurant, you will find a tranquil beer garden flanked with ever-green shrubs and plants. Guests can enjoy free parking, Wi-Fi, and use of the electric vehicle chargers.

Whether it is enjoying breakfast in the conservatory, lunch in the historic pub, or dinner beside the roaring log fire - guests are treated to menus filled with traditional pub classics with an imaginative twist - think ham an egg or lamb moussaka.

The Plume of Feathers offers elegant roomswithin separate, thoughtfully converted barns and stables. The spacious rooms feature ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, Nespresso machines, monsoon showers and Bramley organic toiletries. Most of them have emperor-sized beds, and some of them have sofas and desks.

Centrally located in the heart of Cornwall, Truro city centre is a 15 min drive, and the north and south coastlines are easily accessible. The nearest beaches, Crantock and Holywell, are just a 15 mins drive, and there are woodland walks nearby for you to enjoy.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Family Room. This south-facing family room is spacious and features an emperor sized bed for adults and a separate single bed. The bathroom comes with a large walk-in shower The room is dog friendly and dog beds and bowls are available on request. ;
Luxury Double Room. This spacious and luxurious double room comes with an emperor-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom featuring a free-standing bath and walk-in shower. There are a selected number of dog-friendly rooms available, therefore, please request directly with hotel reception. Dog beds and bowls are available on request. ;
Deluxe Double Room. This double room has an emperor-sized bed, and an antique bureau and monsoon shower. Majority of room have a free-standing bath. Dog-friendly rooms available on request.
