Prime cuts from trusted suppliers are cooked over hot coals, alongside signature Dakota dishes and perfectly paired sides. For lighter dining or informal meetings, The Bar serves sharing plates and light lunches, suited to client entertaining or working lunches, and transitionsa relaxed evening setting with an extensive selection of premium spirits and wines.

Dakota Eurocentral is located just off the M8 near Motherwell, approximately 12 miles southeast of Glasgow, with complimentary guest parking, including electric vehicle charging points. Positioned within Eurocentral Business Park, the hotel offers convenient access across Scotland’s central belt – around 20 minutes from Glasgow city centre, 35 minutes from Stirling, and under an hour from Edinburgh. Holytown, Motherwell and Airdrie train stations are a short drive away, and a direct 24-hour Citylink bus service connects to both Glasgow and Edinburgh airports in approximately 30 minutes, making the hotel well placed for onwards travel.
