The hotel is steeped in history and many rooms offer spectacular views of the lush grounds and valleys.rooms are extremely luxurious with distinguished rural touches and bespoke furnishings.

Vast woodlands that surround the hotel are home to a variety of wildlife including red squirrels and deer and there are ample activities in Pitlochry and the surrounding areas to suittastes.

Dogs are very welcome to stay inrooms within our Coach House which includes the Coach House Suite and the Coach House Luxe Suite. Please let us know when making your reservation if you plan to bring your furry friend along.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that the rooms in the hotel are situated on the first and second floor and there is no lift. Porterage is available attimes.

The hotel are happy to accept dogs by prior arrangement, provided that they are quiet and well behaved. There is a nightly charge for this and owners are held responsible should any damage occur during their stay.

Pine Trees Hotel Pitlochry does not accept reservations for more than 4 rooms.

Guests must advise the hotel in advance of any children wishing to use the sofa beds.

Supplements such as breakfast and dinner are on a per person basis.

Mansion Room. Located in our main building as well as the annexe buildings,comfy rooms offer views of our lush grounds. They feature super king size beds and an en-suite bathroom with luxury toiletries as well as extra touches such as a DAB radiospeaker, GHD hairdryer and luxury bathrobe. A certain number of these rooms can become twins on request. ;
Pinewood Suite. This suite consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The suite provides a flat-screen TV, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area, a wardrobe as well as garden views. The unit offers 2 beds. ;
